Anton has worked as a graphic designer for the last 5 years and has been based in London for the last 4. He has designed print graphics from point-of-sale to postcards, tee shirts to cd; and website and screen graphics.

SOFTWARE:
Photoshop & Illustrator - my key packages.
Quark - used commercially.
InDesign - basic knowledge derived from experience of Quark & Illustrator.
Flash - used commercially - competent in animation and site building with a basic understanding of ActionScript.
Dreamweaver - used commercially - also experience of direct html coding and implementing JavaScript and other scripting.

Since moving to London Anton has spent 2 years as a point- of-sale designer and display artist with Tower Records and 2 years in a similar role with Virgin. In both jobs he designed signage and displays primarily for their flagship west end stores, as well as for national use. Briefs ranged from bespoke site-specific displays, which would typically involve working from concept to production, to artworking existing ideas for national promotions and campaigns.

Anton spent his first year following his studies working for Ballard Consulting, a Microsoft partner company, as the sole graphic designer working alongside a small programming team, creating the look and feel for various websites and e-commerce systems. During this time he also designed Ballard's promotional literature, mailshots and exhibition graphics.

As well as the 'day job' Anton has worked on various freelance design projects including compact disc packaging, tee shirts, websites and most recently the identity for an online leisure and tourism information magazine.

Anton is always looking for new challenges to expand his experience and make him an ever more useful designer. Having worked in-house so far in his career Anton would like to take on some freelance projects or a creative agency based permanent position.

As you will see, Anton's creative output is quite eclectic, reflecting the needs of the job in hand rather than being fixed to one visual style. The common link through much of Anton's work is his sense of humour, producing witty outcomes to many briefs. You will also notice that Anton has worked across various design disciplines for both screen and print and has shown the ability to adapt to each new challenge.
